We have recruited a broad range of people within Automotive, Aerospace and Transport sectors. Below is a summary of some of those sectors and skills within them.

Marcus Webb Associates has extensive experience working with tech and engineering companies involved with low carbon technologies and vehicle electrification. In addition, we have enjoyed success within charging infrastructure, connectivity, autonomous systems and conventional vehicle systems and powertrains.

As vehicle technologies have changed on the ground, sea and in the air, so too has the need for more sophisticated software systems and with that enhanced functional safety and cybersecurity capabilities.

For any business involved with developing and manufacturing passenger or commercial vehicles, be they 2 or 4 wheeled, off-highway construction, agricultural, rail, electric powerboats, UAVs or fast jets, we have seen involvement somewhere along the way.

Defence and security needs fluctuate through time but demands never cease and systems and equipment always evolve. We continue to support companies involved in various aspects of the defence and security markets and have enjoyed numerous successful collaborations.

Often, when people think of defence and security, they think of weapons. However, much of the work we have supported has been aligned to passive and active sensors for land, sea and air. Also, communications, security screening (e.g. for airports, prisons and public events), also electronics, warfare, command & control, C-UAS and ISTAR systems.

During our careers we have always supported companies in the medical devices and scientific instrumentation domains. From consultancies and product development companies to manufacturers and test houses we have covered a lot.

Many of the companies we have helped have been involved with sophisticated and highly regulated analysis and diagnostic systems, wearable devices, safety critical medical devices and implants, or volume manufactured disposable products.

Furthermore, we have worked with laboratory based scientific instrumentation and research equipment, fibre optic sensing and medical imaging device companies.

We have also recruited a broad range of people within machinery, automation and robotics sectors. The application of the machines and systems that our customers have been involved with has been broad and varied, from complex pharmaceutical packaging to automated research systems, general automated manufacturing and production machines to automated test and material movement.

Many of these products have incorporated advanced mechatronic control, PLCs, and SCADA systems as well as advanced computer vision and machine learning technologies.
