Services, Markets and Client Partnerships
We possess comprehensive industry knowledge, readily available resources, and strong client partnerships.
Global Permanent Recruitment
In the past, recruiters typically operated within confined geographical regions. However, the advent of the internet has transformed the world into a smaller place, offering unprecedented opportunities to connect with talent from across the globe.
Interim & Contract Recruitment
Whether it’s a struggling project, a gap in technical expertise, a reduction in workforce, or a peak in business demand, there are many scenarios where a company may benefit from hiring an interim or contract professional.
Retained Search
Retained projects are often employed for a variety of reasons. In cases where hiring or replacing a senior staff member or key technical expert requires a delicate, discreet approach, working with a single recruiter on a retained basis is often the best solution.
Executive Search
Employers place significant trust in the recruiters they select to identify and secure key talent for their organisations. Finding a recruiter who truly understands the culture, vision, strategy and goals of a business requires a considerable investment of time and effort.
Retention Strategy Insights
At Marcus Webb Associates, we believe great recruitment doesn’t end with a signed contract, it continues by helping our clients understand how to keep the talent they’ve worked hard to attract.
Talent Pipelining
As we’ve often noted, the internet has made the world a smaller place. While it’s easy to search for and connect with businesses and services through mobile devices or desktop PCs, there is truly no substitute for a genuine recommendation or referral built on trust and a strong professional relationship.
B2B Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
At Marcus Webb Associates, we believe that great things happen when people and businesses connect. While the internet has made it easier than ever to find companies and services at the click of a button, there’s still no substitute for a trusted recommendation or a warm introduction rooted in professional experience and mutual respect.
Market Mapping
As we’ve always said, “Success in recruitment is about gathering valuable information and knowing how to use it. Knowledge is the key to success and when we understand, we can help—ultimately benefiting both the professionals we work with and the companies that hire them.”

We have recruited a broad range of people within Automotive, Aerospace and Transport sectors. Below is a summary of some of those sectors and skills within them.
Marcus Webb Associates has extensive experience working with tech and engineering companies involved with low carbon technologies and vehicle electrification. In addition, we have enjoyed success within charging infrastructure, connectivity, autonomous systems and conventional vehicle systems and powertrains.
As vehicle technologies have changed on the ground, sea and in the air, so too has the need for more sophisticated software systems and with that enhanced functional safety and cybersecurity capabilities.
For any business involved with developing and manufacturing passenger or commercial vehicles, be they 2 or 4 wheeled, off-highway construction, agricultural, rail, electric powerboats, UAVs or fast jets, we have seen involvement somewhere along the way.
Defence and security needs fluctuate through time but demands never cease and systems and equipment always evolve. We continue to support companies involved in various aspects of the defence and security markets and have enjoyed numerous successful collaborations.
Often, when people think of defence and security, they think of weapons. However, much of the work we have supported has been aligned to passive and active sensors for land, sea and air. Also, communications, security screening (e.g. for airports, prisons and public events), also electronics, warfare, command & control, C-UAS and ISTAR systems.

During our careers we have always supported companies in the medical devices and scientific instrumentation domains. From consultancies and product development companies to manufacturers and test houses we have covered a lot.
Many of the companies we have helped have been involved with sophisticated and highly regulated analysis and diagnostic systems, wearable devices, safety critical medical devices and implants, or volume manufactured disposable products.
Furthermore, we have worked with laboratory based scientific instrumentation and research equipment, fibre optic sensing and medical imaging device companies.
