Employers & Clients

Marcus Webb Associates Ltd makes no representation or warranty in respect of any of the following:

• that any Employer or Client will ask for your CV, ask to interview you or recruit you;
• that any Employer or Client will keep confidential any of your information or data provided to that Employer or Client, albeit we use our best endeavours to make them aware of their Data Protection requirements and their duty of care to adhere to the statutory requirement of the same; or
• the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through the Marcus Webb Associates Ltd Site.

Registration

In order to access to receive alerts and any communications about jobs or Assignments, you must register on the Marcus Webb Associates Ltd Site. If you register, you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You will need to inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.

Right to suspend or cancel your registration

Applicable Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement, and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.

Miscellaneous

You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Marcus Webb Associates Ltd chooses to ignore this, Marcus Webb Associates Ltd will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Marcus Webb Associates Ltd shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Complaints Policy

Marcus Webb Associates Ltd is committed to providing a high level service to our customers. If you do not receive satisfaction from us we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

Next steps:

We will acknowledge your complaint by phone or email within five working days, asking you to confirm or explain the details set out, where applicable. We will also let you know the name of the person who will be dealing with your complaint.

Your complaint will be recorded on our Company database, if applicable.

We will seek to reach an amicable resolution with you at all times.

If such a resolution is not possible and you feel your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved, you should write to our Managing Director, Marcus O’Donnell at marcus.odonnell@marcus-webb.co.uk, with full details of your complaint. He will investigate your complaint and will respond to you within 28 working days with a detailed reply to your complaint. This will include our suggestions for resolving the matter.
